Really good structure - I just need to practice and apply it now!
Overall it was an informative session & was presented in a simple way in a good location
It was a great session, interesting to hear others communication styles and opened my eyes as to being aware of that in a professional setting. A good reminder that there are positives across all.
I was very happy with the course. As a result, I am have become more confident with the use of Microsoft word for minute taking documents and will be implementing the skills I have learnt going forward.
Good intro and great participation activities.
