I think I was already aware of what Paul covered - and it is useful to remind myself of what these things are and make an effort to try them. Great to have learned something new e.g. emotions wheel.

Really useful analogies and tools to make difficult conversations flow and have focus. Will be mindful in future that listening is as helpful as trying to offer solutions and avoid knee-jerk reaction of trying to fix a problem for someone who may just need to explore and find solution themselves.
