Everyone has equal chance of contributing to the sessions. Learnt very useful elements to support leadership. Personal interaction with the people from different group of professionals

I found it to be a great introduction to LS - it was nice to be able to practice with some on the different techniques.

The facilitator was engaging and did spend extra time with a learner who was struggling a little with the pace. The content was good and I met my learning objectives. The pace was very fast, which could be challenging for some, though I liked the amount of content we were able to cover.

Very good teaching from Serena, the pace started a bit slow but we picked it up and managed to do the entire programme and even some additional features. It was very useful and structured, and got everyone involved. Very nice to have a small group.

The approach makes a lot of sense. And I think re-aligning on the purpose of the conversation (if things start going off track) is a good strategy. It is just easier said than done...

I'm looking forward to the rest of the course!
