One of the best training programmes I've ever participated in. The pace was steady and constant and in no way rushed allowing time to absorb new concepts and ways of doing things. With plenty of help and attention from the trainer as and when required.

Really happy with the presentation given that we have now moved to remote rather tahn classroom settings. The facilitator always checked I was ok and offered assistance when needed.

Really well facilitated with great hands on practice time to work on skills in action and talk through different ideas. I am really excited to start putting these ideas into practice with my direct reports and think the training really fulfilled what it set out to do in terms of covering the key skills, attitudes and approaches for new managers.

I liked the fact that we were involved in customising the course to our needs. It was really useful to discuss how we work and how we could work better across teams with other people from the organisation
