The facilitator Sal was very engaging and kept us all involved throughout the day. She livened up the work so that it felt dynamic, relevant and not at all static. She was very good at answering questions and patient in walking us all through each step of the training,

A very well run and constructed course with excellent resources. In future ones, can I suggest that you check the understanding on how the annotation in Zoom works for everyone. I couldn't get mine to work.
Gill was friendly and personable from the outset. She was encouraging and knowledgeable. It was a thoroughly enjoyable session and one of, if not the best and most useful I've taken part in to date! There were so many useful things that Gill showed us and we will go away and have these tools and the ability to use the skills we've learnt to make our lives easier and more efficient. Thank you! My colleague did say that she thought she loved you a little bit Gill and I totally agree :-) What you showed us was mind blowing to be honest.
Sal was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to explain things again when i got lost :-)
Difficult course and agree with online work but sometimes in person is better to learn the interactions of one 2 one
