fantastic morning!! Really useful ideas on how to capture peoples thoughts, encouraging engagement, breaking barriers and making people feel valued/listened in the workplace! Very inspiring!!

It might have been nice to have another cheeky half hour, though I guess the point of these methods is to keep things moving at a pace! All the other learners were lovely, it was a really intense and engaging session. Thank you!
