It was very well organised and the facilitator went through the step by step process.

Learning how the navigate the system and create forms

The session was really well-paced and structured and full of great information. There was quite a lot of repeating of content however from to the previous session which was a little confusing - but overall really great.

Give that this was an online event, it worked quite well and the facilitator kept it interesting and engaging.

the session could have been longer, I really enjoyed learning about formulas as there were some things I never knew before. lots of helpful tip and tricks. doing this class on line was great.

I found the second part of the session useful, using the Count and IF function as well as utilising conditional formatting. The trainer was knowledgeable and made a really good effort to involve everyone despite it being virtual - we were all asked to share screens and answer questions as we went along.

It was a really excellent course, delivered in incredibly useful ways. The breakout rooms were really useful way of us still working together whilst doing the course on Zoom. Nicky was brilliant and so approachable.

Excellent instructor, I liked the size of the class, friendly vibe, it really worked for me, The information was presented in a way that made it easy to digest as we went along. I had a good day, thank you.

The trainer was very good. His pacing was just right for an online session and he readjusted as we went along to ensure that we all got what we needed out of the session. He answered questions very clearly and with patience.
