The content and delivery were perfect for me and my learning objectives. The trainer was very good at explaining everything, happy to answer questions and made it very interactive which is how I like to learn.

The use of tech and posting links in the chat was great, thanks for making everything so freely available to take away. I also enjoyed the group size, both in the room and in break out groups. The break out groups were well timed and had clear instruction.

well structured and good interaction

Well thought through considering we are using a platform. Liked the inclusion of Jamboree. Nicely paced and veru inclusive.

Such a great course, I was interested in all aspects of the course and the trainer kept me focussed at all times. Really enjoyed it.

It certainly helped to refresh my knowledge as it has been a long time since I had any formal Excel training. I enjoyed learning some of the shortcuts, that I wasn't previously aware of, and learning about Pivot Tables as I've never formally been taught these.

I really enjoyed the course and the way we were really involved. I learnt so much from Paul and the information they provided, but also a lot from my fellow attendees. The course has provided me with the tools I need to feel confident in being a manager and supporting my colleagues and those I manage effectively. Thank you!

The course really changed my perception of what a manager should be, made me understand the role of a manager more. It also gave me some useful tools to implement what I'd learned. I feel for me it's a start on my journey and I'd love to learn more.
