I think its really helpful to have the manual to refer back to and the helpline. Daphne went at a comfortable pace and we were able to ask questions and flag if we didn't understand anything and she would explain really well.

Edmund Is a FANTASTIC Trainer, Very helpful and didn't rush past any content, He was happy to spend extra time on a subject to help me understand how i can apply new skills to my Role at Work. Very relaxed environment and very hands on, this is my preferred way of learning so was perfect for me.
