Stephen was a great facilitator and have learnt a lot from the 4 days.

Amazing training, just by hearing about it we might want to discard the course, but being present and listening to the content we leave the course with more knowledge on how to handle difficult conversations with customers/students and how to make them leave feeling better and helped. We touched in points that are very important to our daily tasks at work and that we will definitely be using at work moving forward.

A great sessions which was well structured which included a mix of discussion and exercises.
