Very good!

The trainer gauged the level of experience and expertise of learners and was able to quickly adapt the course to make it more interesting and useful for this level of expertise. This is very useful as it allowed us to learn more and kept us interested overall.

Same positive comments as the last 3 days PLUS I preferred it being in 4 sessions rather than one long one. My brain would have exploded if it was just one day.

I found the session surprisingly good. I hold my hands up, I wasn’t looking forward to it but I have taken some clear methods away from the day. I found the power of silence very interesting and how it offered people the space to come forward and be heard. Paul was brilliant at holding the space, creating opportunity for discussion and was supportive of peoples opinions. I spotted the coaching method in his language but this was constructive and helpful to see it out into practice. I did start to zone out a bit in the middle section, but I appreciate that zoom training has its challenges. Thank you for a great days training.

Great course

The course was well constructed and interactive which made participating useful and enjoyable.

It isn't easy delivering training to a group of people that you can't see! Serena managed this really well by taking her time and ensuring we could all hear her clearly. She allowed us to ask questions and gave us time to practice. She also gave us control of the workbook she was using which allowed us to join in more. Not all participants chose to have a go but there was no pressure either way. I'm really looking forward to the next 2 parts of this course. The content today was helpful and is definitely something I can use in my role.
