Great course, very well facilitated by Nicky - and I really enjoyed going over the material for a second time as it helped cement the thinking. Good to have some new people to talk to, though, that was a bonus.

I thought the session was absolute amazing and greatly exceeded my expectation. Paul Gapper was a great host and made the session extremely interactive despite a large audience. There were some small IT issues which were handler very well by Paul and did not affect the session what-so-ever.

Liked the way learning was validated and attendance at earlier sessions today were helpful to reinforce those new things.

Session 1 was very good and gave me food for thought on how to better manage my team and do not forget to take into account their communication styles. The multipliers section also provided useful insights on how to better use the abilities of my team.
