Facilitation of the day was excellent. What was a full day did not feel like a full day. Breaks were well-timed and the general organisation was very impressive. Simple things like the timer for breaks and that as soon as that time was up the sessions re-started worked really well. Also, re-the breakout sessions that it was clear that the facilitator was engaging with these from outside, as it were. I very useful day, certainly things I will take away and try to implement. An excellent starting point for me re-this type of work moving forwards

I thought the course was very informative and is a great course to expand your knowledge of Excel. Paul was a great trainer and answered any questions. The one thing I would say though is that a lot of time was used up explaining basic things. For example how to open a document or how to share the screen. This is not a criticism to Paul at all, he was trying his best to help but I think before people sign onto the course, they need to have a basis understanding on Excel and basic computer skills. I think it should be a requirement for Level 1 to be completed before someone can do Level 2. I found this held up the whole session and was quite frustrating at times and wasted a lot of time.
