Very well structured and informative course. A lot of role playing to practice coaching skills, I felt it was really helpful.

it was great as even though only two delegates the course still went ahead and we had a personal session which was well paced and structured. I learnt lots which I will be putting in use as soon as possible.

Sal was great at explaining the information and has now helped me to get the information I will need

I really enjoyed the course, it gave me lots of things to think about and tips on how I can work more productively and guidance on how to be more assertive and learn how to say no, without feeling guilty. I didn't know if it was going to be as enjoyable taking place over zoom, but it was really good as the group was small, so it felt very comfortable and more intimate.

Ed was fantastic! He was personable and friendly - he took the time to answer questions and also used examples from the attendees' work to help with context of when to use certain formulas etc. I will be signing up for future sessions.

Great communication to all trainees and if unsure of any information giver Ed will back track and help and show and will double check we have the information correct

Really good session to explore different ways of improving leadership skills when leading a team remotely. Makes me feel more confident to support staff who are currently struggling with remote working.
