Good pace, very interactive... love how after each practice round as part of debrief we had to reflect on what each tool enabled and how we could apply it in our practice. By token of the multiple rounds of 'play' and testing out of the structures it felt safe to eb vulnerable and being confident to support others explore their 'problems' using the tools. Personally loved Mad Tea party and Troika consulting 124All felt like an adaptation / extension to Mad Tea Party allowing for further validation and reaffirmation of ideas and points raised. Henry is an amazing facilitator and very 'human' didn't take himself seriously and I think I learned a lot from his demeanour and approach to facilitating the session. An all round fantastic session a bit scary at first but it got easier as the session progressed. I'll be booking onto the next available session. All learning here is applicable to all settings.
