Excellent trainer. Very detailed, clear and organised. This is my 3rd training with Sal, and she's been wonderful.
Fantastic presenter, explained features and concepts really well and with great interactivity. Sal was very personable, approachable and open to suggestions and discussions overall. Materials were sent promptly and used very well within the presentation. The only tiny criticism is there was a lot of emphasis on using Copilot - whilst it does have a lot of benefits, more conversation around the ethics of excessive use of AI would be good as, for example, it isn't necessary to use it to swap out pictures on a slide - when one of the features discussed in the presentation is literally how to insert images from the web/stock images. Other than that, it was a well presented, helpful and interesting training session, thank you!

I think Nicky did an amazing job being inclusive to those who joined remotely. I love that she made breakout rooms so we could feel included in the conversations. I also found it very helpful that she sent the slides and workbook prior so we could follow along.
The course has really fired me up, even to take on difficult conversations. I can see some really strong ideas to take forward (impact players!) so looking forward to trying this all out.
