good training course :)

I have learnt a lot about report writing, tips and tricks I can't wait to use in my next report

Paul was a great course leader. He was engaging and answered all the questions I had. I loved the use of breakout rooms and being able to discuss with group members. I liked that he groups changed with each breakout room, giving us the opportunity to speak to different people.

the presentation of the course was at a nice easy unrushed pace

Very well delivered course. I have taken away a lot of key words to use when preparing for a meeting which may be a difficult conversation. It has given me confidence to use a structure in a meeting.

Very good training and excellent trainer. A lot of material covered in a short time - sometimes just a little bit too speedy, but presenter happy to go back and revisit/clarify. Excellent.
