I found Paul's approach to be very calm and supportive. I liked the way he didn't make people hurry with their comments, even though there was not much time. I think a longer session would have really helped.

Trainer was excellent, clear and really positive.

I can't say how much this training was amazing. I loved the mix of PowerPoint, discussion in a big group and in breakout rooms. It felt much more like in-person training than anything else I have been to. The length of the sessions was perfect - lots of well-timed breaks. Nicky was engaging and brought everyone into the conversation. The course content was second to none.

This was a really great session. I found it very practical and empowering. It has helped me take control over my emails!
