Cathy was a great instructor and was able to make the session fun and engaging despite the current situation and change in how the session was delivered.

I thought the course and the facilitator were brilliant. I have taken some skills that I will endeavor to put into practice.

It has really made me think about how I approach meetings with my team and look at how I give feedback.

I was sceptical about attending (any such course), but there have been lots of useful 'nuggets' that can be implemented relatively easily (although it will take practice). also enjoyed the opportunity to play out scenarios - I normally find these really cringey, but I didn't on this occasion, as they were useful. Really good session and about the right amount of time. I did get lost half way through but it was my first time doing this type of work and the trainer got me back on track. Might have been useful to ask everyone their level of use at the start to put us at ease.

First training session like this over zoom, Paul was amazing and did a great job

well organised with breaks and lunch time no connection problems many different techniques were used lots of trainings
