I've had two training sessions with Happy now, and both have been excellent. I feel like they choose their trainers with care, and they really do deliver a good session. Today we had Pat, and he was very concise and informative.
Great trainer. The lesson was clear and always answer all our questions. Makes you want to know more about excel.

I only rated the pace lower because there was a full day content in 3 hours....that is nothing against Carrie or Happy but what our company requested. Carrie did a VERY good job getting through the topics/intent!
Carrie is great. She was able to consider all the instances in the group and apply support in all directions
Trickier learning on this subject but I imagine that it will get easier with practice.

Kevin is a really excellent teacher. I was a little apprehensive about the training, but Kevin made it very engaging and interesting. He was born to teach!
