A fantastic session, really enjoyable and lots to learn and take onboard. Zoom worked really well and I took away lots of information to digest.

I thought this was a really great first session. Very well structured with lots of time to talk and reflect. Some good and concrete take-aways. There was a great rapport with Nicky, even on Zoom!

Really enjoyable, informative, and helpful course that has given me a lot to think about and also provided helpful techniques that I can start using straight away. Nicky facilitated the day brilliantly and allowed us to have a safe space in which we could have some really interesting discussions - she also subtly and diplomatically introduced us to and guided us through some potentially controversial and challenging topics. Thank you Nicky - I am really looking forward to Day 2.

I am excited to use Teams more as part of my daily role.

I was able to speak to the trainer before the day to talk through how it works in our organisation minuting, templates and to get a 'feel' for how we work. Previous trainers were very rigid and not great at problem solving. Fantastic course on my least favourite subject. Engaging course, fun, interactive and I learnt alot. Nick was just great at facilitating us and helping us go forward with actions to our organisation.

A huge thank you to Nick for making what is potentially a really dry topic interesting! I felt engaged and calm throughout the training - which is quite difficult on Zoom because it's such an unnatural way to interact. I have a much better understanding of what my role is as a minute taker.

The trainer made the content fun and engaging and appreciated that lengthy virtual sessions require breaks and a variety of activities. He created a space to share ideas and learn new things.

Great trainer - experienced, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Great use of resources - kept the pace varied and my attention with the training (which is especially hard on zoom)

Christine is an excellent and knowledgeable trainer, clear and precise with and guidance at a steady pace through the day. I came away today with a lot more knowledge of office 365, it will be useful when the software rolls out company wide. Christine is a credit to your organisation!
