as well as looking at everything in the session it was lovely to put faces to names and hear everyones views
Always thoroughly enjoy Happy training, trainers always facilitate and direct us to thoughtful discussion. Also really love hearing about how such aspects are embedded within Happy as an organisation and Team, sounds like such a great company to work for.
An excellent course. Nicky was a first rate facilitator. She made everyone feel relaxed, while maintaining a rigorous and wide ranging course structure. I feel taht over the past four sessions I have come to understand more fully than I had in the past the meaning, function and possibilities of true leadership within the workplace.
Very informative and enjoyable course. Nicky was excellent - she made the sessions very relevant and engaging, and was very astute at pinpointing and highlighting the specific challenges of our organisation and really helped focus our thinking on the key matters.
Very pleased with the structure and delivery of the course with clear examples and explanations. Well done.
Fantastic course - really beneficial - thank you!
