Enjoyable session, really interesting. At times i struggle to really get to grips with the tasks in breakout rooms, but this was alleviated once in the rooms and I was able to discuss with other participants.
It was a great intro to Liberating Structures with the advantage of trying out the methods in practice in a supportive environment, with the opportunity of learning and sharing with peers.
I'm energised and motivated to try a few new techniques in my work where possible. I'd tried some participatory practices online before but these open up greater participation and generate diverse ideas faster and more safely than seen in other activities online that involve discussion and decision making.
Was a little fast for me I think (as a 'slow thinker') but otherwise it was both useful and involving. The actual content of the LS exercises and the people I met were an additional bonus

Really enjoyed this useful and insightful session. So important now to think about how activities can be delivered differently and in a more engaging way. Really enjoyed it and connecting with new people.
