Salamot was fantastic, honestly couldn't rate the training any higher. They were fantastic in engaging the group and genuinely making excel fun. I came away knowing a lot more and can guarantee the skills will make my work easier.
Looking forward to starting the full programme.
I found the session very welcoming and open. The facilitator Natalie did a fantastic job at making people feel comfortable and being inclusive. There was plenty of interaction.
The course was professionally delivered and the trainer covered some challenging topics sensitively and with knowledge. The break out sessions and activities were good and helped with the learning and understanding.
Really engaging trainer who was patience and explained very well. I feel much more confident in my ability to use excel now
Lovely trainer and some interesting food for thought on different aspects of facilitation plus signposting to some useful tools.
Rachael was very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. I felt that I gained a lot of value from the sessions and there was a lot of information within the limited time we had available. Obviously, with the course being free this meant that more value would come out of the course. My only constructive feedback would be on the structure of the session. Rachael used a PowerPoint in here session, however she kept taking it off and putting back on the screen when needed to referred to it. This makes the session feel sporadic. If you can keep it on, I would find it better. Also have a clear structure explained to me in the first 5mins of the session, helps me know from the outset what will be discussed. Overall, very good session and I will be recommending mu colleagues to join sessions in the future.
Serena was very articulate and clear, made sure everyone kept up too.
Good opportunity to build my understanding with Serena acting as a very considerate facilitator / trainer
A great first session that created a safe space to start exploring this complex topic. Great involvement of the group and non-judgement really role modelled by Natalie
