Great course leader, shame technology sometimes lets us all down but run to best of ability given technology
Great course. Got a lot out of this which I will implement in my working day and with my teams going forward.
Paul is a great trainer i have learned so much today, it was quite difficult to list only two things that i will do as a result of todays session. The structure and timings were brilliant with lots of breaks in between. I am looking forward to putting my learning into practice Thank you very much!

It was a wonderful day! Even though the presentation style and teaching is AMAZING with you ladies - I did struggle with a whole day on zoom! (This is probably more of a reflection of myself and my last 15 months than of you)

Really brilliant day - great pace, really interactive. felt possibly more inclusive than in a real world setting - use of tech to engage and give all styles the chance to contribute. Loved the music for thinking! Perfect tone too.
