Very well presented, everyone on the course was involved and no one was singled out. everyone was easy going and had great ideas

Really nice to have a small group of people, felt the trainer could answer all our questions. very good pace. very clear and concise explanation. some delegates will make notes, like me so its good to repeat each section of the training as it goes on. very good.

I Liked that the trainer regularly put us into break out rooms so that we dont get bored just listening all day, it made the session very interactive. Learned a lot.
