I want to work for Happy 😀. But now in a serious note, it is a very informative training. It was really good to see other people's perspectives and issues and how they can be addressed. The facilitator was very welcoming, knowledgeable and open.

Trainer excellent. Very patient. In fact course was delivered in dummy language.

Paul’s manner and pace was really good for the group, and showed the course material in action too. The practising listening and coaching was really well done and worthwhile.
