Structured really well, especially for a remote session. Included everybody, and answered everyone's questions. Covered good range of topics.

Facilitator was fantastic, engaging, warm, open and didn't ignore a single person. He answered every question we had with confidence and clearly. He was patient and friendly which really helps in a situation where you're asked to engage with a lot of members. The lesson was very informative and structured well, it answered all my questions and I definitely learnt much more than I ever have on note taking and minutes.

Paul was clear, kind, exhaustive and kept everyone involved. The pace and contents of the training were good and informative and it was useful to meet people with different experiences, backgrounds and suggestions.

It was fast paced but that was also the beauty of it as 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at the end of the day were perfect in terms of trying to fit it into the working day.

I found the second part of the session useful, using the Count and IF function as well as utilising conditional formatting. The trainer was knowledgeable and made a really good effort to involve everyone despite it being virtual - we were all asked to share screens and answer questions as we went along.

It was a really excellent course, delivered in incredibly useful ways. The breakout rooms were really useful way of us still working together whilst doing the course on Zoom. Nicky was brilliant and so approachable.

Excellent instructor, I liked the size of the class, friendly vibe, it really worked for me, The information was presented in a way that made it easy to digest as we went along. I had a good day, thank you.
