Brilliant training. Happy came up trumps once again as I well expected. Nicky was very engaging, confident and knowledgeable. I heard from 2 participants that it's the best managers training they've had, so there's no need to say any more
Very informative - only downside was the audio connection (due to the echo of the trainers voice) - the trainer provider extra time to cover the parts I missed.

Enjoyed the presentation as we were made to think for ourselves, so the training was more meaningful and understood and therefore more likely to put into practise post the course
