I've previously done this training face to face with facilitator with one of my other teams. So I was worried I wouldn't get as much out of it, but I enjoyed it just as much and have taken as much away from it today as I did the first time. The facilitator did an excellent job of adapting to work online and I thoroughly enjoyed the day.

I found the course very helpful and presented in a very inclusive and straightforward way. I also liked some of the creative ways it overcame the difficulties of running an interactive group online.

It has been really lovely. Such a nice bonding experience for the team with the going into different breakout rooms. Really helpful discussions. Very thought provoking and practical ways to make changes to your lives. Lots of ideas that we can share with patients to support their resilience. Inspired to look after myself more. Allowed me to rethink my approach (doing too much when the pressure is on) Supported me to consider what other people are going through and how we can help each other.

The course was excellent, it is one of the best courses I have done while being at the British Libary. Paul's delivery was exceptional and was defiantly the deciding factor in the success of the course.

A very good facilitator, providing the right structure and pace for this type of Zoom workshop. I didn't feel tired after a long workshop, and we all seem to have felt engaged with the right amount of interactive exercises and 'theoretical' learning.
