I loved how interactive the session was and how each task developed your confidence to take on the next task so it wasn't too overwhelming. The pace was great and Ben was very engaging and clear with his information
The course was very engaging and the breakout session were good. At time sit was difficult to get into the 'roleplay ' type scenarios but overall they were informative. some personal feedback / critique would have been beneficial.
I thought that the breakout sessions were well structured and timed in order to discuss the question. I felt involved in the conversation and not just 'talked at'.

It would have been beneficial to have more real life examples of difficult conversions. Also techniques on handling conversations that go wrong or not to plan.
I not only increased skills that I already have but I learnt new things, normally I get disengaged with training that get stuck in the basics which I have covered several times so I felt I was engaged throughout and am now a more comfortable user of the system
Serena was a great trainer. We have a teams call before our training to cover what our needs and expectations were before the training. This allowed her to tailor the course to our benefit also taking into account the fact we had beginners mixed with some of us who had used Power Bi before. Throughout the day she would check we were happy with what we had covered and what our highlight was. She was very knowledgeable and made sure to spend time with those who required extra help and assistance. It was a great two days of training and actually the structure of the training was great, everything we required was covered and she also offered help outside of this course which is brilliant.
