I'm really enjoying the course and there are lots of practical things I can take forward.

An excellent second day - great pace and tone set by Paul who role modelled all the techniques so we experienced them first hand. Helpful to have a practise and get feedback. I have some great tips and pointers which I am really keen to embed in our training internally. Thank you it's been an inspiring two days.

Again Edmund was so friendly and patient - very good at explaining and showing how to use excel. The pace was great for me and made the whole day fly. I didnt feel like I was waiting around there was always something to do - the downloads/handouts were really good and I can practice in my own time

Great training with some good practical tips. It was also interesting to talk in the breakout rooms to members of other teams in the organisation to be aware of different issues we face and how one solution might work for one team but not be so good for another.

Really useful mix of discussion and practical information and suggestion. Lots of useful pointers and ways to structure activity and conversations. Very accessible and helpful.
