Enjoyed the course much more than i thought i would. I liked that we weren't forced into role play we could participate by supporting those colleagues who did volunteer. Dez as a trainer really brings the course to life. He makes it fun and real.

I really enjoyed the sessions! They were really well organised and the pacing was good. Sessions were relaxed and enjoyable. Had a lot of fun and learnt at the same time!

Ed was really amazing, very well prepared and made the material really understandable for us all. It worked really well having everyone on the same skill level too as everyone could move at the same pace.

I throughly enjoyed the course today. It was interesting and relevent and Nikki delivered it in a way that made it engaging and fun. I wish all my staff could do this course!

Nicky was absolutely amazing; she was really engaging, articulate, and thought-provoking. For me, leadership has become so much more enjoyable since putting into practise the skills that we have spoken about today (I have previously done the Management course that Happy run, and that touched on many of the same areas). I think it should be mandatory for all managers, new or not, to go on these courses.

I have taken away a lot from today, the course has made me look at how I handle situations and shown me that I rely heavily on humour to avoid difficult conversations. The course has given me some really useful tools to address issues rather than ignoring them. This the second course I have attended that has been chaired by Happy and I love the feeling of inclusivity and the relaxed atmosphere which allows me to participate but without feeling pressured.

Course was well run and it was up to individuals whether they wished to contribute or not (and how much) which is refreshing. I was familiar with quite a lot of the content and use some of the approaches already, but this provided a good opportunity to confirm I am doing the right things as well as speak to different colleagues, hear different views and gave me a few new ideas to try/learn more about
