the Facilitator was good, made it interesting and meeting new people Learners were put in groups which was fun and getting to know your colleagues the structure was good, its the first time doing minute training the objectives were met,
All aspects of the course were explained in detail & we were reassured if uncertain about anything; overall a very informative course.

I thought this course as well delivered and I enjoyed the interactive elements and smaller breakout sessions. I also enjoyed the self learning element of the session and the chance to feedback and share with other participants.
