A really interesting and engaging session. This is the first time I have done an exercise like this, and I felt the instructor was very adept at navigating any scepticism in the room and allowing us to get into those topics most relevant to us as a team.
Though only the first of two sessions, I’m already considering my interactions with my managee and jr team with more introspection. I’m looking forward to implementing new techniques and thoughtfulness immediately.

Serena is an excellent instructor, I found the workshop well-paced and easy to follow, but also provided some challenging things to work through and the building blocks for creating our own report.

The course provided me with more depth in my approach to the project without making it sound dauntingly complicated. I have some practical tools for improving my methodology. I loved the timer on screen for the breaks.
I have now downloaded the app and I think this will make it easier for me to turn to Liberating Structures before planning Teams/ in person sessions. I've had good success with a few of them already and want to try using more.
