Very helpful training, quite a dense session but I can't see how it could be done any other way. Overally really helpful thank you, we covered SO much, and it's all the details I now understand that will make all the difference, so it's hard to pin point which parts were most helpful - but it will defiantely make a big difference to my work, confidence, and use of Teams/Sharepoint/Onedrive and collaborative working going forward, thank you

A really excellent day, thankyou Suzi. It has given me a lot of practical help to make me manage my workload and my day much better and given me insights into why people behave the way they do in different situations. The exercises allowed us to think more about each topic and the self study sessions were very helpful
Really very enjoyable, interactive and engaging training day. Suzi has a fantastic delivery style that makes everyone feel comfortable and able to share and learn together. Todays training day exceeded my expectations and I will be taking a lot away from it and improving my work experience as a result :)
