Lucy was very patient and supportive to us all as a group and individually as required. Lots of recapping opportunities and chances to apply what we have learnt.
Really useful and facilitator very clear
This has been really useful and interactive
Really enjoyed today. Great application of knowledge and well taught.
Had an amazing first day, Lucy has been a fantastic tutor. The information was given at the perfect pace and all queries were answered well.
A very good on-topic session which achieved what was required
Surprised at how much I enjoyed it. Paul is an excellent educator, authorative and personable
Interesting course that focused on behaviour and skills to improve chairing meetings. Course focused on skills you can already identify to build upon and improve - particularly liked this approach.
Very good course, learnt more than the basics of Powerpoint
