I absolutely enjoyed the session: it was perfectly paced, with right balance of (inter)active involvement and reflection time. Plenty of resources to refer back to and delve more deeply into the subject in our own time. By the end of the course I wish we could have stayed on, I felt very energised and lifted, the group was so lovely and supportive and Rachael did a wonderful job gently challenging us and allowing us to explore our own scenarios. I loved the many practical tips Rachael shared and also that came out of the mini exercises :)
