Serena has been great with going through the steps , very thorough and patient. The 2 day training was helpful in terms of learning more about the program's function and features which I will put in practice in order to generate a professional report for our end users.

A very engaging and fun course. Lots of opportunities to mix and speak with other people on the course. We had to go at quite a pace due to only having 3 hours. However, we took regular breaks.

This course has been genuinely impactful — both professionally and personally. It offered the right blend of theory, reflection, and practical application, and helped me reconnect with my core leadership values. The space felt safe, open, and well-facilitated, which made it easier to be honest and stretch myself.
