I have enjoyed the outlook manage your email very much. I have learnt a lot of thing that will make my job more efficient and will improve my productivity. Sal was very clear in the explanation and encouraged us to have a go and learn by doing it. I hope there is a part 2 of this course, I would like that.

Paul is such a wonderful facilitator/trainer. Found his approach very friendly and accommodating
