Excellent and thought provoking course. Very gentle facilitator who demonstrated many of the behaviours he was teaching. Was able to balance teaching the concepts with participants working in a range of different roles with a range of experiences

Daphne was extremly helpful and very easy to understand. I didnt know there were so many shortcuts to use in different styles and fonts. Can not wait to put them all in to practice.

It was a great learning opportunity to learn new skills which will be helping us to solve difficult problems and perform better in critical situations/ meetings professionally and confidently.

I struggled a bit to start with, my fault for not being there early so not being set up in time, lesson leaned for next time. Also my screen was a bit too small but the leaning itself was good & I would recommend.

Ebe was amazing. She allowed us to engage and learn. I will definitely be joining more course with Happy in the future.
