I have found this session very informative which will help me to shape any performance management conversations I have with those that report to me in the future. Paul was friendly, helpful and insightful throughout.

Facilitator very calm and encouraged contribution from the team. Very effective at allowing natural flow of conversation. Responded well to cues from discussions and moved on to discuss giving feedback, which was very effective method

I would imagine today’s workshop was fairly difficult to lead as it was mainly people working in silence and a 1-2-1 thrown in. The 1-2-1 was encouraging and I’m grateful for the time to speak.

Enjoyed the course and do feel like I have gained something from it.

Really happy with the training and techniques that were shown.
