Very well structured learning and lots of practical exercises and examples.
Very well moderated session with lots of real-world scenarios that drove engagement from the group
Very clear and concise training. Well implemented.
Gill was excellent. She responded and adjusted the session to our needs very skillfully.
A really helpful course covering essential Microsoft features in a way that was supportive and challenging. Presenter made sure all were engaged and those at differing abilities al learned something useful and managed to present sometimes very basic information in a way that was never close to patronising or tedious - as well as accommodating patiently and in a very friendly manner large amounts of IT ignorance from me
Great course, I have learnt a lot and feel more confident with my leadership skills
It has been a fantastic course, i knew some of the theories and topics from previous training historically, but it was great to revisit them and it was presented very well. it always good to go back and reflect..
I have enjoyed this course immensely and enjoyed the interaction of the programme.
