Nick was great, very welcoming and put me at ease straight away. I find the introductions excruciating but I know that it is good to practice things that make you uncomfortable! Only downside was needing to leave early due to my working hours as I think this would have been/is beneficial. I am looking forward to future training. I think most organizations and their staff would benefit from this type of training.

The instructor took time to explain. Grasped the concepts but some of these things are so new and would need to keep learning and practising to remember them all.
