Today's training surpassed my expectations. I learnt an awful lot in a short amount of time, but did not feel rushed in the process. The facilitator was really good at ensuring every participant was following and understanding.

Very helpful to be able to reflect on the learning process and consolidate my thoughts regarding next steps and aspects I particularly want to focus on going forward.

The course was well run and had a good amount of content. I was flagging by the end of the day which reflects that this was a challenging but manageable course. I would have struggled if there were any more. It felt humanistic and realistic. The different tools/frameworks to use.
