pace was fast in places but instructor adjusted well when requested
I really enjoyed this course, I wasn't sure what to expect as haven't done much training before. My colleague did it in person and I was a bit reluctant to do online incase I didn't get as much from it (I needed to do online because of childcare restraints). I felt like it was still interactive even though remote. The topics covered were the areas I needed to cover and will really help me moving forwards. Thank you!

Structure absolutely fine, only 4 stars because I feel like could have gone at a quicker pace, though appreciate thats not practical in groups.
This was a great training session as it was well-paced and interactive, allowing us to try out elements of what we had been learning all day. Everyone could ask about what was important to them or the objectives they had set. It's great we get a manual and access to the training for two years.
