Great course and practical advice to take forward

Nicky was a really good presenter, she was really engaged and responded to questions well, she also tailoured the course to us, reviewing at the end if we had the energy to do another exercise and didn't go ahead with it. The presentation and points relayed were all great. There were lots of exercises but I found all of them really productive and helpful.

Really enjoyed this session. The pace was calm but we got through a lot with excellent use of break out sessions on Zoom. Rarely, I finished the whole-day session feeling pretty energised which usually is not the case after any zooms longer than a couple of hours! The content was useful and relevant, I will definitely use techniques I've learnt. Nicky was a skilled trainer and clearly adapted as she went along to make sure what she said was relevant (eg finding out more about our company's management structure as the attendees were pastoral managers), and turning questions onto the group to gauge what we were thinking and how we were interpreting the course.

This was my first meeting with Happy and Cathy - and I can only say positive things! In fact I have rarely come across anyone as positive as that.

The session was very well thought out and defined. The breakout sessions really encouraged people to be open and honest with each other. These sessions are so important for new starters, but we also need to facilitate them better inrternally.
