Rachael is a fantastic facilitator. She is really helpful and friendly and created a comfortable learning environment where everyone felt involved. The interactive activities ensured that we stayed interested throughout (not easy on Zoom!) and the content was all relevant. I can see how I will use many of the resources and ideas in my job to better manage projects. Thank you!

It was a really inspiring course - so many good takeaways were shared via great acronyms and diagrams for us to pick and choose from.

2 great days on the course, very pleased overall

Whilst the trainer was great (she answered questions, kept the group engaged, etc), the content of the training was very basic and the pace of delivery was extremely slow. The course did not take into consideration that attendees are unlikely to be on the same level and it did not meet my expectations. I would not have attended this 2-day training session had I known it would be this basic.

This was such a useful session - hands on, lots of good context and advice and plenty of opportunity to ask questions, which were always answered very clearly. Thank you!

Role play worked well for different scenarios but was difficult as an E learning thing, might just be because I prefer face to face learning

Apart from being melting and power cuts (all my end) again really interesting training. It is always useful to be reminded about how to have those conversations that matter. Adding tools to my toolkit is really valuable.

Practical parts are really useful and help bed in new ideas and behaviours.

Really good host and very engaging session

Really enjoyed learning more about 365 and will definitely make more use of it.
