The course made me think about everyday things which I normally neglect to pay attention to. It re-affirmed some of the choices in my life and some changes I should consider.

I found this session very thought provoking. A lot of the content made me reflect on both personal and work topics. I think it's helped me to reframe :) some of these issues and look at them differently.

Really good course - Serena was very knowledgeable and a skilled trainer, calm and patient. We didn't rigidly stick to the manual and instead addressed other issues/scenarios as they cropped up but in a controlled way, returning to the structured content. Serena has recently delivered courses to some of our colleagues and so she was able to make references to our own ways of working which was really helpful.
