It was good to learn a few more in depth ways to use Outlook and think about some of the things you can do whether they would work for yourself and how you would use them. There are definitely some good tips that I will use from this course.

If you have a 'Trainer of the Year' Award, then Sal should get it!

An excellent course. Nicky was a first rate facilitator. She made everyone feel relaxed, while maintaining a rigorous and wide ranging course structure. I feel taht over the past four sessions I have come to understand more fully than I had in the past the meaning, function and possibilities of true leadership within the workplace.
