Already knew a bit about coaching, so this was surprisingly helpful to spend time to consider it again.
Excellent course and Facilitator (Nicky), well explained and delivered. Very useful material, and I will definitely be putting these lessons to practice (might take me a while!).
Gill was very friendly and ensured we were all participating. There was plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
Great that we were all involved, helped to learn by doing. Also wasn't patronising! Felt like a safe environment
The facilitator was patient, inclusive and enthusiastic and ensured no one was left behind.
