Another great session from Gill and Happy. Really accessible, interactive and relevant. Gill is a superb trainer, very skilled in engaging attendees and clearly knows her subject well!

The facilitator was ace: she created a relaxed and welcoming ambience, was patient with our questions and really made sure we understood and practiced each element of the course. Perfect pitch reflecting how to get across lots of information and details of the programme. I felt I really wanted to get to grips with the basic knowledge so I can be more efficient at work.

Paul was a fabulous trainer and leader. I really appreciated the pace of the course and the spaces and opportunities I had to connect in the colleagues/peers who are performing in similar roles. The reflections throughout is something I really benefitted from and I feel energised as I leave the course. I want to come back for more!
