very interesting

I have found this 2nd day overall really interesting. It is an area that i do really struggle with at times especially with people i have stronger relationships with outside of work. But i believe that i can have these conversations and separate this. I also feel that my end goal overall is starting to come together as i am becoming more confident speaking to people that i wouldn't normally talk to and overcoming my anxiety

I enjoyed the course material - also the networking it provides. I felt that Paul is able to deliver good examples

Excellent course - not “fluffy”. Actionable.

Very very good much better than expected. Time was taken on a 1 to 1 level to have a worth while conversation and was able to find out alot more.

It was good fun. Everyone was really enthusiastic and made an effort on the course, which was motivating. Also everyone was very friendly and easy to get along with. It was good practise for online presenting but it would be great to have in person presenting practise as well.

Awesome course, Sarah did a wonderful job in making everybody feel connected and safe in trying new things when presenting. Regarding the last question - some of the techniques like involving the audience in public speaking is easier to be done in "real life" rather than on a computer. For this course it was great that we were able to have it online and therefore include many people of different geographic locations, but just something to think about for the future when we will be able to meet again.
