The facilitator was good at explaining the different types of structures in which reception staff can use to deescalate situations.

very good course on the basics of PowerBi, will go away and explore myself more indepth and look into advanced courses if needed

Excellent trainer, took time to ensure everyone was at the same place and dedicated time for catchs ups or reviewing when things didnt quite go to plan. Felt very supported. Pace of course was just right. Lots to learn.
